A real surprise from #Epicsite, we could not imagine that to the north of #Mallorca, we would find this set of funeral buildings located in Santa Margarita, very close to Can Picafort.
Inside this necropolis, the underground tombs have different shapes: square and circular (end of the 7th-6th century BC), with a horseshoe-shaped plan (5th century BC) and rectangular (4th century BC – 1st AD). 109 tombs have been preserved, occupying an approximate area of 800 m2, where the remains of some 300 people were located, but it is possible that more than 400 may have been buried.
